Our Roofing Process.
1. We provide a free roofing estimate that is accurate and affordable.
2. We sign the contracts and help the owner select the best shingles for there home.
3. We place our dump trailer or dumpster in the driveway.
4. We tarp the siding of the property.
5. We tear-off and remove the existing roofing material.
6. We inspect the roof decking.
7. We check for proper roof ventilation and add where needed.
8. We ice, water shield and paper the entire roof.
9. We shingle the roof.
10. We clean up.
11. We clean out the gutters if they are present.
12. We roll the magnet around the entire property.
13. We do the final walk through.
14. We remove the dump trailer or dumpster.
15. We clean up where the dumpster was placed.
16. We leave with a completely satisfied customer!
